It’s easier to relax if you know everything that lies ahead. We’ve listed the answers to the most important questions (arrival, check in/out, cancellation policy and payment methods) below. City tax:
For every person above the age of 14 years, there is a visitor’s tax of € 1.35 per person and night. This tax is not included in your final price and can only be paid on location. From 01.01.2024 the local tax will be € 2.20 per person per night.
Cancellation policy:
There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the consumer codex – but we still allow for the following cancellation conditions (notification following title III, title III, paragraph I, of the Consumer Protection Act (GvD 206/2005)“:
- Until up to 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
- 29-8 days prior to cancellation: 70 % of the full price
- 0-7 days prior to arrival, no-show or early departure: 90 % of the full price
We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure:
Your Palm Loggia will be ready for occupation starting 3:30 pm on the day of your arrival via Self Check-In. Please vacate your Palm Loggia by 11 am on your day of departure.
Dogs:
In the Palm Loggia Linden and Penthouse dogs are welcome on request. In the Palm Loggia Garden dogs are unfortunately not allowed.
Kids:
Children are welcome in the Palm Loggia Linden and Penthouse on request. The Palm Loggia ist perfect for hosting two adults.
Cleaning:
The final cleaning of the loggia is included in the price. Laundry change and cleaning during the stay are possible at any time upon request.
For a eventual kitchen cleaning we charge an additional € 28.
All prices and indications have been thoroughly checked multiple times. Printing errors, mistakes and changes are subject to modification.
